In 2017, Association des numismates et des philatélistes de Boucherville inc. will have 50 years.
This will be also the 350th anniversary of the foundation of the city by Pierre Boucher.
2017 will then be the 300th anniversary of the death of Pierre Boucher (1622-1717).

To commemorate all these events, the Association will organize many activities that are announced on this site.

2014 will be the 350th anniversary of the publishing of the book written in 1664 by Pierre Boucher, the first Canadian Author.

This event is celebrated by the issue of two picture stamps made specially for the occasion. One has been produced by Canada Post to be used in Canada and the second one is printed by LaPoste to be used in France.
